OASIS, a leading provider of records management storage and services for hardcopy and electronic records, announces the acquisition of the business unit Securitas Data & Archief B.V..
This acquisition marks OASIS’ 8th acquisition in the EU, the 2nd within the Netherlands. This acquisition includes a full-service records management storage center and digital services center. It represents a strategic expansion of OASIS’ service coverage area in the North of Netherlands.
Under the direction of Managing Director, Douwe De Vries, Peter Fokkens will continue to lead this team as the OASIS Branch Manager and will continue to service the existing client base. Clients will now have access to end-to-end records and information management (RIM) services including hardcopy storage and management, secure destruction services, vital records protection, document imaging and digital storage through a single service provider.
