Andy Upton joined OASIS Group in June 2020 and was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer in July 2022, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer. He has held various senior roles within the industry for more than 20 years and has successfully led both integrations and transformation projects in a variety of European markets. Andy has a collaborative approach with the client at the centre of everything.

Ian O’Donovan joined OASIS Group in June 2018 and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. In this role he is responsible for leading and developing the Finance and Accounting as well as Corporate Development functions and partnering with the CEO and management team in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years executive experience in corporate development and finance roles.

Nick is an experienced RIM industry professional having worked across various departments including operations, business development and sales. He is responsible for the sales, marketing and commercial strategy of OASIS Group. He tirelessly works with his team to meet and exceed our current and prospective Client’s expectations. Managing the diverse needs of the international client base through the implementation of customer-centric initiatives.

Chief Information Officer

Steve Townley became a Team Member of the OASIS Group in February 2018 through the acquisition of Box-it UK Limited. His role is to provide stable, secure, innovative and efficient technology services that continue to meet the standards and expectations of our Clients. He has over 20 years’ experience of managing technical teams across a broad range of industry sectors and has overseen the creation and management of many business-critical technology services.

Clare Gates

Chief People Officer

Clare Gates joined OASIS Group in March 2021 as Chief People Officer and in this role, she leads a HR team in driving the transformation of the people strategy by reinforcing a strong company culture and creating, leading employee engagement and development programs.

Clare has over 25 years as an international commercial HR Leader with a successful record of transforming businesses across multiple industries where she has served in senior HR management roles within a number of publicly listed engineering, manufacturing, and technology firms. She has also lived and worked extensively across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Americas.

Clare holds a Master of Science degree in International HR Management from the University of Liverpool and is a Chartered Fellow of Personnel Development.

Matt Thornton

Matt Thornton

Matt joined OASIS in April 2020 after leading several acquisition and corporate development projects for Williams Medical (a DCC business). He also supported the exit of Livingbridge Private Equity in 2014. ​

​Since joining OASIS Group, he has led over ten successful corporate development projects for the group across Europe. He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Conan Wade joined OASIS Group in June 2017 and is currently serving as Group Property and Facilities Director. In this role he is responsible for group-wide strategic property management, lease management, capital projects and facilities management. Conan holds a Master’s degree in property and facilities management with more than 20 years’ experience in construction, property, project and facilities roles.

Duncan Kuipers

Duncan is responsible for overseeing the OASIS Group in Belgium & the Netherlands. He ensures his team have all the tools in place to accomplish the strategic objectives throughout the BENE region. Prior to his role as Managing Director Duncan served as the General Manager for OASIS Group Netherlands, achieving vast success in ensuring high levels of operational efficiencies and client retentions.

Jim started with OASIS Group in June 2019 as Group Finance Director. He is responsible for the finance function. Jim is CGMA qualified and his previous experience was with Aramark as Business Services Director and prior to that he worked across various Aryzta companies in Senior Finance, Operations and Management roles.

Managing Director of OASIS Group in Poland after the acquisition of ArchiDoc S.A. in 2019. Associated with the Business Process Outsourcing market for 20 years. As a leader, he has built strategic competences in the area of modern business services: mass and departmental printing, pure and digital Records and Information Management, contact center and document based BPO. He believes that customer orientation, technology and everyday innovations, the right team of employees and the best price-cost ratio are the factors of business success.

Masha joined OASIS Group in April 2018. In this role she is responsible for forecasting and budgeting, financial planning and providing insight to both internal and stakeholders. Masha is CGMA qualified with over 10 years’ experience primarily in private equity backed companies.

Nicola joined OASIS in 2018 through the successful acquisition of Box-it. In her role as Group Compliance and Audit Director she is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations including monitoring and evaluating existing and emerging legislation and regulations which may be likely to affect our clients.
