Ivo Vesselinov joined OASIS in January 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role he is responsible for leading and developing the Finance and Accounting as well as Corporate Development functions and partnering with top leadership team in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives. Ivo is an experienced finance professional with broad international experience in corporate finance, internal and external reporting, financial control, auditing, corporate treasury and M&A across various industries with both listed and privately held multi-national organisations.

Steve Townley became a Team Member of the OASIS Group in February 2018 through the acquisition of Box-it UK Limited. His role is to provide stable, secure, innovative and efficient technology services that continue to meet the standards and expectations of our Clients. He has over 20 years’ experience of managing technical teams across a broad range of industry sectors and has overseen the creation and management of many business-critical technology services.

Max joined OASIS Group in September 2023 as Chief Revenue Officer.  He is responsible for Sales, Marketing and the Client Experience for the Group.  Max has significant and relevant expertise in transforming and leading commercial organisations and builds strong  relationships with colleagues and clients in order to deliver outstanding results.

Mike Speakman joined OASIS in September 2023 as Managing Director for UK&I. Mike purpose is to deliver solutions that make a real difference and add value to OASIS clients and their businesses. He is a recognised leader; highly motivated, commercially astute and energetic, with over 30 years of experience working in Operations and Supply Chain across multiple industry sectors. Mike brings strategy and vision to life by inspiring, motivating and enabling teams and individuals both as a manager and a peer.

Duncan is responsible for overseeing the OASIS Group in Belgium & the Netherlands. He ensures his team have all the tools in place to accomplish the strategic objectives throughout the BENE region. Prior to his role as Managing Director Duncan served as the General Manager for OASIS Group Netherlands, achieving vast success in ensuring high levels of operational efficiencies and client retentions.

Managing Director of OASIS Group in Poland after the acquisition of ArchiDoc S.A. in 2019. Associated with the Business Process Outsourcing market for 20 years. As a leader, he has built strategic competences in the area of modern business services: mass and departmental printing, pure and digital Records and Information Management, contact center and document based BPO. He believes that customer orientation, technology and everyday innovations, the right team of employees and the best price-cost ratio are the factors of business success.
