On the 1st of September a purchase agreement was finalised between OASIS and Boxklever Information Management in the United Kingdom.
Boxklever has been serving clients in the Kent region for years together with OASIS who also serves this area from our local OASIS Records Centre. Over time, inventory from Boxklever will be relocated to the existing OASIS Records Centres.
This marks the 12th acquisition by OASIS within the EU. OASIS keeps expanding into new and existing markets and will continue to do so with additional acquisitions planned to come.
