Start a conversationWhat is Scan-on-Receipt?
Scan-on-Receipt is a document scanning service where your incoming physical mail or records are digitised as soon as we receive them. Instead of storing the paper, we scan and deliver a secure digital copy directly to you ready to access, share or archive.
How does Scan-on-Receipt differ from Scan-on-Demand?
With Scan-on-Demand, you request specific documents to be scanned from storage. With Scan-on-Receipt, your documents are scanned automatically upon arrival no need to make individual requests.
What types of documents can be scanned on receipt?
We can scan a wide range of materials including invoices, contracts, correspondence, forms and more. If you receive it by post, we can digitise it.
How will I receive the scanned documents?
Scanned files are securely delivered via email or uploaded to your OASIS Bridge portal. You’ll receive them in a standard format such as PDF, unless you’ve requested something different.
How quickly are documents scanned and delivered?
Most items are scanned and sent to you within the same working day we receive them. If you have specific timing needs, we can tailor the service to suit.
Can I use Scan-on-Receipt for multiple locations or departments?
Absolutely. We can receive and scan mail on behalf of different teams, departments or office locations and deliver files to separate recipients, securely and efficiently.
One page or one million, files, books or blueprints, our technology and team can scan it all.
