With our document storage solutions, we store contracts, deeds, Lloyd George records, wills, adoption papers, financial data, HR files and other irreplaceable and valuable documents, safely and cost-effectively, at our specialist premises. We barcode all boxes or individual items, and store them off the ground in environments protected by advanced security systems, and fire, flood and pest control measures. Easily access your information with our scan-on-demand or hardcopy retrieval options. Everything we do is focused on minimising your carbon footprint in line with our ISO 14001 environmental management certification, from tightly managed document retention strategies to fuel-saving delivery routes. What’s more, our secure storage unit in our flagship London Gateway facility generates up to 40% lower carbon emissions.
