The basics How archive storage works
It takes a specialist team and facilities to safely protect historical documents, manuscripts, photographs and artwork. The same goes for unusual or particularly large items like large maps, well logs, blueprints, architectural models, and valuable equipment. We provide custom storage cabinets, racks or padded shelving as well as acid-free tubes or custom-built crates to house large artifacts. Our security-vetted staff are trained in handling procedures to prevent damage during shelving or transport – which often requires specialist equipment and personnel. Valuable items are kept secure at all times with our end-to-end safety measures and closed loop chain of custody.
