ArchiDoc a leading business process automation (BPA) company specialising in data management, document management and electronic document workflows, has appointed Bartosz Terlecki as its new President and Managing Director.
ArchiDoc is one of Poland’s most significant companies in the Business Process Automation sector, delivering data management, document management services, electronic document workflow systems and advanced middle-office solutions to external clients. The company is part of OASIS Group, the British-Irish information management organisation.
Bartosz Terlecki has been with ArchiDoc for 22 years and has served on the company’s board for 16 of those, with responsibility spanning operations, administration and technology. He steps up from his previous role as Vice President.
“I am honoured to take on this responsibility. ArchiDoc has been my professional home for over two decades, and I care deeply about the business and my colleagues. We have very strong foundations on which I intend to build and grow the company further,” said Bartosz Terlecki, President of ArchiDoc and Managing Director of OASIS Group in Poland.
Konrad Rochalski, who led ArchiDoc for 17 years and has overseen OASIS Group’s Polish operations for the past seven, has stepped down to spend more time with family and focus on his health. He will remain closely involved with the business in an advisory capacity to the board.
Bartosz Terlecki has confirmed that ArchiDoc’s existing strategic direction will be maintained, with no disruption anticipated to operations or client relationships. OASIS Group’s broader development plans for its Polish business also remain on track.
However, the new President intends to increase the pace of technological advancement. ArchiDoc is already developing and training dedicated language models that work alongside neural networks for individual projects in data management, document handling and middle-office processes. These models are built locally and designed with client security requirements at their core. The company also provides consultancy services to other organisations in this area.
