OASIS Group (Offsite Archive Storage and Integrated Services) completed a transaction, which represents a major recapitalization with multiple new investors with experience in the Records and Information Management Industry. Housatonic Partners, Sverica International and Oros Management have acquired the majority shareholding of OASIS with the “founders” of OASIS maintaining a small minority share. This investment was led by Dennis Barnedt of Oros Management who was also named Chief Executive Officer of the new OASIS group.
