Client Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Client Account Manager in the UK South region. This is an exciting role to join a hard-working & professional commercial team within a fast-paced environment.

The Role
This position has accountability for leading & managing client relationships across the UK South & the group where the need arises 

This position has responsibility for a book of business (BOB) defined by clients of both scale & opportunity although all clients are in scope for discussion & management as needed. 

Some of the Key Duties of the Role 

  • Managing the performance & activities through defined KPIs of all clients in BOB.
  • Actively & proactively develop & manage the opportunities pipeline

Integration Project Manager

Summary

Owning the responsibility for ensuring all Group Integration relocations are coordinated, delivered on time and within budget, we are seeking a best in class Team Member that will demonstrate their capabilities with the possibility to expand and grow within the position.

Sales Operations Manager, Dublin

Owing to our exceptional growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Sales Operations professional to come join our fast paced and hard-working commercial team. 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the needs and expectations of the sales, business management and operations are achieved and managed effectively. High level duties

Part – Qualified Accountant

This is a great and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to work for a rapidly growing Records and Information Management Business which has presence in 6 countries (including Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, England, Netherlands and Belgium)

Reporting to a Senior Financial Accountant within the finance team, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the full range of day to day finance tasks surrounding Financial Integration of newly acquired businesses and entities. The successful candidate will be gaining valuable work experience in Financial Integration, Financial Reporting and Due Diligence.

This role is based in our Shared Services office in Kinsealy, Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Migrating the customer lists, accounts receivables, accounts payables, trial balances from older systems to the Group’s accounting systems, and be responsible for smooth and efficient integration.
  • Along with the Financial Integration of acquisitions, the team also prepares and reports monthly management accounts for the newly acquired trades and entities until they are fully integrated with the Group’s Financial Systems at which stage the financial reporting responsibility of these entities is passed onto others within the Finance Team.
  • The successful candidate will be providing Finance Support to the team members based in various Records Centres of Oasis Group.
  • Analysing monthly sales, booking sales invoices, monitoring purchase invoices approval, booking purchase invoices, processing petty cash, expense claims, processing payment runs, filing some VAT returns, performing payroll transition, and resolving any client and vendor queries.
  • Preparation for annual audits, continuous evaluation and improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Ad-hoc project work as required by the Finance Team

Candidate Requirements (Essential)

  • Part-Qualified Accountant – working towards completing ACCA
  • At least 1-2 years’ accountancy related work experience in either practice or industry
  • Professional level proficiency in English language – both written and spoken
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a Team
  • A ‘can do’ and positive attitude

Financial Accountant

 

Owing to our ongoing and future growth plans, we are recruiting for an ambitious and talented Financial Accountant based in the Kinsealy Office, Dublin. This role will report to our Group Financial Controller and the scope of this position will widen in line with our business growth.

Duties include:

  • Preparation of monthly financial information, from start to finish, for Group entities (including Management Accounts) with supporting commentary, working within strict deadlines and liaising with the subsidiary companies.
  • Manage full trial balance and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations (including VAT returns, sales reconciliations, wages reconciliations, etc).
  • Liaising with local management and billing teams
  • Monthly and annual assistance with forecasts and budget preparation
  • Involvement in the annual audit
  • Ad-hoc projects including general administrative duties
  • Ongoing improvement of department controls and processes
  • Assisting in the integration of completed acquisitions

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA.
  • Good technical knowledge of IFRS
  • Excellent Excel Knowledge
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Multi-currency exposure
  • Experience working with Great Plains (accounting package) – not essential.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
