Business Development Manager - UK South

Owing to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Business Development Managers to cover our UK market. This is an exciting roles to join a hard-working and professional commercial team within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
The successful candidates will promote Oasis services, products and represent the brand to obtain sales and secure new business accounts within assigned territory at levels in line with the sales budget.

To provide:

  • Targeted sales revenue within assigned location. 
  • Detailed business plan and sales strategy that includes all possible sales activities and tactics to increase number of sales calls, quotations and contracts to improve awareness of Oasis within your territory 

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Actively and proactively develop and manage the sales pipeline 
  • Assume responsibility for meeting predefined strategic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. 
  • Ensure Sales Information Systems and demand planning/sales forecast programs are appropriate to the needs of the business. 
  • Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to foster the companies positioning thus increasing volume and profit goals. 
  • Delivering effective pre and post evaluation of key commercial activities 
  • Strengthen and manage customer relationships at all appropriate levels, including overseeing all customer activities. 
  • Accountable for ensuring an optimum plan of delivery is in place with all customers for innovation. 
  • Use of Salesforce.com to record all sales and marketing activity and results. 
  • Ensure sufficient activity within assigned location to meet sales targets 
  • Write and prepare proposals and presentations as part of sales process where necessary 
  • Educate clients on Oasis products and services 
  • Respond to client enquiries 
  • Research and respond timely to service issues 
  • Communicate with all internal departments: Operations, Client Care, Finance 
  • Develop and cross sell accounts by identifying revenue opportunities 

The Person

Our successful candidates will have the following attributes 

  • Drive and determination 
  • Excellent selling skills, at least 5 years’ experience. strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Ability to work independently & with minimum supervision 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferable and / or relevant work experience equivalent.
