Client Account Manager

We are currently seeking a Client Account Manager in the UK South region. This is an exciting role to join a hard-working & professional commercial team within a fast-paced environment.

The Role
This position has accountability for leading & managing client relationships across the UK South & the group where the need arises 

This position has responsibility for a book of business (BOB) defined by clients of both scale & opportunity although all clients are in scope for discussion & management as needed. 

Some of the Key Duties of the Role 

  • Managing the performance & activities through defined KPIs of all clients in BOB.
  • Actively & proactively develop & manage the opportunities pipeline
  • Assume responsibility for meeting predefined strategic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Monitor & measure performance against targets.
  • Conducting research & analysis in order to manage performance levels against market developments & corporate objectives.
  • Developing, managing & nurturing existing business partnerships & accounts to foster the companies positioning thus increasing volume & profit goals.
  • Build senior level relationships across the client base, nurturing long term partnerships & understanding of client needs

Our successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferable &/or relevant work experience equivalent.
  • 5 + years of related business development &/or client relationship experience preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of Account management experience
  • Excellent Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Participate effectively on all levels with other OASIS Leaders & team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & database applications.

Accounts Co-Ordinator

Summary
Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, UK South, the successful accounts co-ordinator should be computer literate in word, excel and familiar with Accounts Software.  Previous experience in an accounts role, is essential and organisation and good attention to detail is a must.

The candidate should have good communication skills particularly by phone; it is an essential requirement of our business to be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality.

Group Marketing Manager

We are actively seeking a talented, ambitious and motivated Group Marketing Manager to come join our growing team!

Our successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities of OASIS alongside developing and driving the long term marketing strategy for our growing European brand.

You will be a key team member in driving growth by strengthening the OASIS brand and maximising our online presence.

The role reports to our Chief Executive Officer and is based in Kinsealy, Dublin with some travel involved.

The successful team member will have:

  • A solid online marketing background, ideally in a business to business environment
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (or similar)
  • Solid experience of marketing in a multinational environment (ideally across two or more languages)

The role

  • Digital marketing activities and online presence to include ; Planning and execution of all SEO/SEM, PPC, and re-marketing campaigns, website form management, lead generation and distribution, website maintenance & ownership
  • Email Campaigns; content creation, production, delivery, tracking and analysis, to include image creation, form production, list management and website landing pages.
  • Managing ongoing and ad-hoc marketing campaigns
  • Social Media – daily content and delivery across all accounts. To be supported by branded images, landing pages etc.
  • Overall responsibility for brand ownership management and corporate identity (Logo/style guide ownership, template management, internal formatting)
  • Event management – plan, logistics (collateral and banner stands etc) and communication of events internally and externally.
  • Video production, generate ideas and manage production from conception to delivery. Edit and cut video snippits to ensure maximum use across all touchpoints of marketing.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Management of content, conversion rate optimisation, analytics and recommending functional website enhancements
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Manage and maintain Marketing budget
  • Collateral creation, production and delivery (flyers, brochures, service one-pagers).
